This is not only happening in London it is happening here in Seattle also. My family, Friends including myself have been hit exceedingly hard for years.

In my situation it seemed logical due to being the Direct Heir to the House of Stuart. But it also seems to be growing and including many others now. We Stuarts are all to familiar with retaliation, for example the demise of the House of Stuart Estate centered in New York. This is getting far to serious to chalk it off to just political retaliation. So many are being affected adversely something must be said.

Please look into these allegations, check out the satellite imagery and laboratories capable of measuring the intensity of the attacks.

EMF meters have been used here in Seattle and the monitor needle went off the scale to many times to count. Even if you have not had first hand experience with these types of attacks, whatever you do don't let this just go without investigation.

The executive summary of HAARP indicates the best place for the Array was Poker Flat and not Gakona, Clear AFB was the optional choice for the HAARP location and has the power facility on site to supply a heater array of these proportions. Prime power at Clear Air Force Station is obtained from the station's coal-fired power plant, which is capable of producing 22.5 megawatts of power. (Clear AFB is a large DOD area located west of HIPAS [HIgh Power Auroral Stimulation], and is almost an equal distance from HIPAS as HAARP is to HIPAS) HAARP is run by U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory's Space Vehicles Directorate while Clear AFS is also under U.S. Air Force Space Command.

HAARP/HIPAS work in conjunction, however two arrays are not enough to steer the signal. every single appliance in the room, going in a circular pattern around the room,

one by one, even when they were unplugged. Even the boiler. Switch to a laptop

computer, Mo. As for the rest, they do it mostly to scare you. It does not require

weapons which defy physics to do these things, as Eleanor says. All it requires

had many. She said a PC computer can very easily be modified to broadcast

frequencies and turned into a MC weapon. I am sure this happened to me and

is to use a laptop, preferably an Apple, they don't have all the circuits and cables

I have sent copies to the UK, but don't know if any of them ended up in a library.

I hope your break comes soon. Cover your head and other areas with hair as I think they pump you with electricity through your hair follicles. We are working on activism with writing to Legislators here. Have you been on any of the conference calls? do you have your own computer or using a friend or family member's computer? Do you high speed internet there ?

You should because I use a co. called Vonage and for about $25 per month I can make unlimited calls all over U.S., Canada , Puerto Rico U.K. and Europe. So, it's easy to participate in conference calls.

I strongly suggest you try to get some rx's as I mentioned above. Try your family or primary doctor first. They might even have you go to a neurologist if youu ask.

Have you been getting newsletters? There is very useful info. in them . You have to remember to above all-to stay calm- and the rx's will help you but, you have to train your mind to ignore and use some recommended shielding.

They pick on people who are upset and nervous more easily. So, you have to get stronger and tell them to f- off. And keep busy.

Based on your descriptions of torture, I think infrared is involved. Microwave can

also cause the 'slow cook of body" you describe. I am forwarding infrared shielding

bucket and place that upside-down over the head.

do not diminish then something else is going on.

One can also rent an E-M meter to detect such bombardment.

I know your'e not crazy. If other people like family think that it's because they don't experience this. I take prescriptions for epilepsy and it helps with the emf. I also wonder why so many self-described electronic harassment victims--like Mo-- have a hard time understanding electronic Netiquette, and that it is against acceptable Netiquette that one sends out a mass email with people’s email addresses openly displayed in the CC field for any creep or spam-slob to harvest. I have repeatedly asked Mo to remove me from his email list, and yet I keep getting these emails, with my email address displayed for anyone who wishes to harvest it.

Electronic harrassment is real. So is mental illness. I do not have a background in mental health diagnosis, and even if I did , I would not suggest doing it by email. However, i would suggest that people stop thinking that all people who report electronic harassment are crazy, and I would also suggest that people consider that sometimes it is mental illness.

Each situation should be considered individually.

I have been also in electromagnetic harassment system from 2000.

It became worse and now it has been 24/7 electromagenrtic torture for 12 moths.

My situation was the same in this July. Because I started to leak my situation worldwide, the harassmnet and torture my finnish authorities, what I was threated by the criminal ways, and somehow I know the criminal heath care system fro 30 years. Yes, the main poin was to leak the all finnish torture method, as said "metnthall heath care system with only by own free wish", it is full nonsense.

Sone day in that month htey must to take 15 min of brake in every day (the brake stops when I think something what this torture do not like). I puked a lot in those days. So must to eat my lunch at the restaurant.

Also the worst attack was on 26th of August (please see the enclosed file), I puked continuously, normally, maximum 1500W vertically or less, but in this day 1500W vertically inside my head made my puke up contiousuly. So I came outside walking and I bought food what I normally use when I have a strong stomach deseace. I ate that food for 3 days, that helped, not puked because it was so much microwave to my brain influeded to the next days.

Also in July and August there was rectal bleeding, also about one week ago. My harassment dedice is

connected to finnish menthall health care system, so continuouslu provocate words, also from tv, and from radio. And if I think like "fuck you the authoritites bacause of this", there became an immedeate reaction from my television. Also from radio.

When I got much pain, I make notes or something to help my situation as so many organizations I ever found.

Also there is CCHR material what can send to people to clearhouse the infromation what the psychiatry really is.

The both reason fro harassment is that the psychiatries has brainwashed the leaders of the countries t think that everyone is a menthally ill. The next reason is a new military technology.

Maybe we are the good test rabbits, because are peaceful and have no criminal record, we are normal people.

And this technology is build for to use to harm normal citizens in everywhere. It is estimated to that they can make a huligan conflict to a city with these new electromagnetic waves to another country they want to harm.

Sometimes I pound the table, and not let anyone notice. It is not controllable, so do what you can, poun ding is better if you are alone and no one is near to hear you. It is better to ensure people around you you are definitely fine. Never better. Temporarily, the regime behind this is N azi-fasc ist pig s, trying to discre dit you. I am aware of what goes on in Iran, London, etc with women especially. Intelligent are being targeted.

Head pain, again, shake your head fast back and forth. Pain will go away.

We are your support system, and will do anything in our power to make them stop. We are getting help from officials here in U.S.

Feel at ease you are one of thousands at least and we will stop it.

Since you are being especially tarteted now, stay low-key to everyone who is not knowing this is happening, it is difficult to trust anyone, your family may be working against you, so know that the assailants will not be able to continue this for very much longer at all. of people have said it makes things worse. Plus, he has made some "weird"

comments to me at a rally. Like, he thinks in some cases these weapons are

justified. In no cases are they justified. I say stop using that shielding. It's bad

for your long term health, at the least. You can use the black lights day or night.

The charcoal absorbs day or night. Magnets, if they work for you at all, work day or night. They must be right up against your body. I am looking into infrared clothing as shielding. It's just a theory of mine, I don't know if it will work for you.

I will locate mylar blankets for sale on the internet for you. Maybe even in London. I don't know how to make it stop. I am under attack, too, but at a low

level right now. I know what you are going through. It is hell. I wish I could make

it stop - for you, for me, and everyone else. All I can do is make suggestions which MIGHT make some of it less intense. I know this is 24/7 and you need

round the clock protection. I don't have an answer for that. I wish I did, believe me. Protecting your bedroom is a step in the right direction. For partial relief.

I saw your video. I read your story. I know you are getting hit with the full works

and not for "practice" or a limited study of a very few perp effects. I am too.

I'm doing my best to figure out shielding. I'm not a scientist. I'm a desperate target like you. Charcoal and black lights are cheap and easy to get. One

thing I note - if you are emailing the group and me, you are sitting behind a

computer. SHIELD your computer. I used Supershield on my computer and

the tones in my ear decreased by about 75 % instantly. SuperShield, can

be purchased online. And a radiation shield for your monitor, available at

most office supply stores. SuperShield is

like paint in a spray can, with a lot of nickel in it. A gallon of nickel paint may

help if you cannot afford SuperShield. Triple coat your computer and use a

radiation shield for the monitor. I wish I could help more. I believe you are

being hit with programming (NLP) and other very serious perp techniques.

You are not a "practice target" or part of an experiment, you are one of people

they use "practice targets" to get at. Me, too. During this time, do NOT watch

television, listen to the radio or use a cell phone. Also, in addition to the radiation

shield you put on your computer monitor, try this. Put a mirror against your monitor so that you are NOT directly looking at the monitor. Like sideways

against the monitor, so you can see the screen without looking into it directly.

Change the angle of the mirror every few minutes. They can hit through computer, A lot of these weapon transmission are dependent on direction. The mirror

technique is cheap and easy to do, just use any old mirror you have. If you are

outside of the path which the monitor is directed, thru mirrors and sitting AWAY

from the monitor, you MAY avoid computer DEW emissions. That;s just a small

shielding methods. They probably won't work. I don't know, I haven't tried them

all yet. All are very low cost.

1. Put several bags of charcoal under your bed. Not the kind with lighter fluid in it, the plain kind. Charcoal absorbs microwave.

2. Buy a "black light" bulb and stick it in a lamp and keep it turned on all night while you are sleeping. A black light bulb costs a couple of dollars. I just learned

black light absorbs radiation.

3.Get a mylar blanket to sleep under. Available at Army surplus stores, again only a few dollars.

4. Putting very hi power magnets in my ears has helped me some, but not other

people. They have be very strong and not able to get into the inner ear where

they could get lodged and that would hurt.

Try suggestions 1 and 2 first. These are all low cost things to do. None of them

are proven to work 100%, but maybe you'll get some relief. I hope. Hang in there

Practical advice is needed on how to dampen and block every part of the spectrum. Different technologies and materials dampen different frequencies. I. "Try going to Powerwatch.com (or .org). They sell a silver coated polymer mesh which I have tried and found effective if used in multiple layers. However, it is very expensive and the scum can always turn on the magnetic field when you are indoors. Nothing will stop a magnetic field, which is the problem prisoners have in trying to shield themselves. The silver-coated polymer is very expensive so start with a small amount if you are interested in seeing what it can do for you. However, should not be washed with any detergent containing sulphur."

Julianne has had significant luck with very thick,

many times folded over, aluminum foil pads on

different parts of her head. Several inches

square.

I'm CCing her in case she wants to be more

specific. If I had what you describe, I would

try that.

I would also see what happens if you put your

head under water, and maybe consider packing

flexible bag-type water containers around your

head while home.

Those flexible 5-gallon inexpensive water jugs

from Wal-Mart, PARTLY filled, maybe 3 gallons

each, would be worth trying. (They also double

as emergency water containers if there is some

sort of emergency threatening your clean city

water supply.) Just be careful to keep the

valves closed as you try different positions -

maybe tape the handle. The larger sizes give

you greater coverage than just hot water bottles.

Best to not try these things in the presence of

people who don't know about targeting.
