I know, Mo, I know. I do not fully trust Dr. Duncan's shielding techniques. a lot

of people have said it makes things worse. Plus, he has made some "weird"

comments to me at a rally. Like, he thinks in some cases these weapons are

justified. In no cases are they justified. I say stop using that shielding. It's bad

for your long term health, at the least. You can use the black lights day or night.

The charcoal absorbs day or night. Magnets, if they work for you at all, work day or night. They must be right up against your body. I am looking into infrared clothing as shielding. It's just a theory of mine, I don't know if it will work for you.

I will locate mylar blankets for sale on the internet for you. Maybe even in London. I don't know how to make it stop. I am under attack, too, but at a low

level right now. I know what you are going through. It is hell. I wish I could make

it stop - for you, for me, and everyone else. All I can do is make suggestions which MIGHT make some of it less intense. I know this is 24/7 and you need

round the clock protection. I don't have an answer for that. I wish I did, believe me. Protecting your bedroom is a step in the right direction. For partial relief.

I saw your video. I read your story. I know you are getting hit with the full works

and not for "practice" or a limited study of a very few perp effects. I am too.

I'm doing my best to figure out shielding. I'm not a scientist. I'm a desperate target like you. Charcoal and black lights are cheap and easy to get. One

thing I note - if you are emailing the group and me, you are sitting behind a

computer. SHIELD your computer. I used Supershield on my computer and

the tones in my ear decreased by about 75 % instantly. SuperShield, can

be purchased online. And a radiation shield for your monitor, available at

most office supply stores. SuperShield is

like paint in a spray can, with a lot of nickel in it. A gallon of nickel paint may

help if you cannot afford SuperShield. Triple coat your computer and use a

radiation shield for the monitor. I wish I could help more. I believe you are

being hit with programming (NLP) and other very serious perp techniques.

You are not a "practice target" or part of an experiment, you are one of people

they use "practice targets" to get at. Me, too. During this time, do NOT watch

television, listen to the radio or use a cell phone. Also, in addition to the radiation

shield you put on your computer monitor, try this. Put a mirror against your monitor so that you are NOT directly looking at the monitor. Like sideways

against the monitor, so you can see the screen without looking into it directly.

Change the angle of the mirror every few minutes. They can hit through computer, A lot of these weapon transmission are dependent on direction. The mirror

technique is cheap and easy to do, just use any old mirror you have. If you are

outside of the path which the monitor is directed, thru mirrors and sitting AWAY

from the monitor, you MAY avoid computer DEW emissions. That;s just a small

piece of the puzzle, tho. Also, go to www.emdr.com to see a way to heal your

mind and fight this. Hang in there.

I am in the U.S. where I got help at Akron's police who worked in conjunction with law enforcement...so cannot say what is happening there in Iran or UK at this time...I think they are working to get this stopped when they can as someone who speaks to my brain knows what to do.

As a defector, you could seek help here. My advice, is to buy a TENS machine, and experiment with pain-killers (ALWAYS following instructions). Also buy a jammer. I'll let you know when I have one working.

I am so sorry you have to endure our shared pain. What I do is this: I shake my head very fast back and forth and the pain goes away. do not let it get you. these people will be stopped soon. We are getting officials involved and there is support. It will stop. Do not let anyone say you are crazy, or let them think you are crazy. We know better.

The genitals: what I do is rock back and forth, it is sick I know, but it is helping the pain. I have endured it for over a year. About when I turned 50 years of age.

Damn Mo, I don't know how to help you. I wish I did. I am looking at some new

shielding methods. They probably won't work. I don't know, I haven't tried them

all yet. All are very low cost.

1. Put several bags of charcoal under your bed. Not the kind with lighter fluid in it, the plain kind. Charcoal absorbs microwave.

2. Buy a "black light" bulb and stick it in a lamp and keep it turned on all night while you are sleeping. A black light bulb costs a couple of dollars. I just learned

black light absorbs radiation.

3.Get a mylar blanket to sleep under. Available at Army surplus stores, again only a few dollars.

4. Putting very hi power magnets in my ears has helped me some, but not other

people. They have be very strong and not able to get into the inner ear where

they could get lodged and that would hurt.

Try suggestions 1 and 2 first. These are all low cost things to do. None of them

are proven to work 100%, but maybe you'll get some relief. I hope. Hang in there

I. "Try going to Powerwatch.com (or .org). They sell a silver coated polymer mesh which I have tried and found effective if used in multiple layers. However, it is very expensive and the scum can always turn on the magnetic field when you are indoors. Nothing will stop a magnetic field, which is the problem prisoners have in trying to shield themselves. The silver-coated polymer is very expensive so start with a small amount if you are interested in seeing what it can do for you. However, should not be washed with any detergent containing sulphur."

Julianne has had significant luck with very thick,

many times folded over, aluminum foil pads on

different parts of her head. Several inches

square.

I'm CCing her in case she wants to be more

specific. If I had what you describe, I would

try that.

I would also see what happens if you put your

head under water, and maybe consider packing

flexible bag-type water containers around your

head while home.

Those flexible 5-gallon inexpensive water jugs

from Wal-Mart, PARTLY filled, maybe 3 gallons

each, would be worth trying. (They also double

as emergency water containers if there is some

sort of emergency threatening your clean city

water supply.) Just be careful to keep the

valves closed as you try different positions -

maybe tape the handle. The larger sizes give

you greater coverage than just hot water bottles.

Best to not try these things in the presence of

people who don't know about targeting.
